Tim was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto with a degree in Political Science, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law. Timothy was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003.

Throughout his career as a lawyer, Timothy has gained a wealth of experience in both areas of law he specializes in - family law and corporate law. In family law, he helps clients navigate complex issues such as divorce, division of assets & liabilities, support payments, custody & access arrangements for children, adoption proceedings, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. In corporate law matters such as contract negotiations and liability avoidance strategies for small businesses or organizations.

In addition to being an active member of the legal community in Canada, Timothy also participates actively in various charitable organizations throughout Toronto related to youth empowerment programs and providing assistance to those less fortunate than himself.
